Here at Southwest Preparatory, we offer a wide variety of physical activity for our students. Our curriculum is designed to introduce the students to both individual and team sports. The individual sports consist of Archery, Weight Lifting, Golf, Pickleball, Badminton, and Ping Pong. Our team sports include Basketball, Soccer, Flag Football, Kickball, and many more.
In addition to the physical aspect of the class, we also touch upon Health and Wellness. We discuss such things as Nutrition, Alcohol and Drug Abuse, Vaping/Smoking, and other areas that may affect the lives of our students.
